Hummus and guacamole are two of our favorite dips. If you are looking for some ideas
for the upcoming New Years and football game parties this is a yummy combination of both flavors. TIP- This dip is great for stretching avocados to feed a crowd, while still enjoying the creamy, bacon, flavor of those green gems.

Avocado Hummus Dip from One Ash Farm Recipes
1 can garbanzo beans, drained but save the liquid
2 tsp. Cumin
4 tsp. Olive oil
1 ripe avocado, chopped
1 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Mix all together in food processor or blender, adding small amounts of the
reserved liquid from the beans, until desired consistency is reached.
Serve with pretzel thins, tortilla chips or pita chips.
