So, I LOVE mexican food. And a book name like Holy Guacamole had me tempted from the get-go! I had no idea there would be so many references to mexican food to keep me hungry for reading more.
Do you ever feel less than important, like you aren’t worth anything, or that you have no idea why you are where you are in life? I think we all feel that way sometimes. In her new book Holy Guacamole, author Carrie Stephens writes her own quips and experiences to help us realize we are here for a reason. And that God knows just what he is doing.
Ms. Stephens does a great job of keeping the humor while writing about some very intense and serious subjects. Her life stories are relatable and make the reading of this book easy and interesting. I found it hard to put the book down, even though it was really late when I started it! This quote from the book pretty much sums it up-
