When we came in the other night everyone was tired. The goats had all had their babies and the day had been long. Chocolate was definitely in order, and this super easy and quick recipe was perfect! (and of course we enjoyed it with a big glass of cold raw milk from One Ash Farm & Dairy ! )
Chocolate Chip Delight
1 white cake mix
5 TBS. melted butter
2 beaten eggs
4 handfuls of chocolate chips (about a bag full)
Mix all ingredients together
Press firmly into an oiled 9 x 13 pan
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes
Enjoy!
