Nothing is quite as yummy as fresh bread right out of the oven. But none of us have time to make those fresh loaves each and every day.
This recipe for 30 Minute Rolls is so easy and so good that you will find yourself making them over and over again. And because the dough is so basic, it can be used to make sandwich buns or cinnamon rolls too!
Treat yourself and your family to fresh rolls in a snap with this simple recipe.
30 Minute Dinner Rolls from One Ash Homestead
2 cups + 4 TBS. warm water
2/3 cup oil
4 TBS. dry active yeast
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp. salt
2 eggs
7 cups flour
(note, these measurements can be cut in 1/2 to make different sized batches.)
Heat your oven to 400 degrees.
In your bowl combine the water, oil, yeast and sugar. Stir thoroughly and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
Mix in the salt, egg and flour using a whisk (or dough hook if you have it). Mix until the dough is soft and smooth.
Form the dough into golf ball sized balls and place them on a greased pan with the sides just touching. Allow the dough balls to rest for 10 minutes.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy making these delicious rolls!
