We love our cold, fresh, milk that we bottle in those awesome 1/2 gallon Mason Jars. But
what I don’t like is that there were always “milk rings” on the refrigerator shelves
where milk had run down the side of the jar. It didn’t matter if we wiped the jar
down, there was still a residue that made it’s way to the shelf.
Well one day I had an idea for a super-simple trick to solve the problem-
I put a bright, cheery, vinyl placemat right where those milk jars sit.
Now, I just remove the mat, wash it clean, and no more milk rings on my refrigerator shelves!
