A Match Made in Texas is a novella collection by Karen Witemeyer, Mary Connealy, Regina Jennings and Carol Cox has a combination of a lot of things I love about books. First, the stories are short and easy to read. While they are a little bit predictable, there are enough twists to keep them interesting. The second thing that I really enjoyed about this book is that it provides a consistent message that God places people in our lives just when we need them the most. It is through His guiding hand, directly or indirectly, that we are able to have the most important relationships of our lives, and the stories of this book are great examples of how this plays out when we least expect it. This is a clean book, with innocent romance, that makes it enjoyable for anyone who likes prairie/western themed novels.
