What a delight! This book is colorful, filled with absolutely DELISH and traditional Cuban recipes, and absolutely fabulous stories! I have always enjoyed reading cookbooks (yes, I actually read them!) and this one has become a true favorite on my shelf. Not only are the recipes easy to follow, absolutely authentically Cuban and tasty, the stories bring a view of Cuban culture that is not often seen. Cuba! Recipes and Stories from the Cuban Kitchen by Dan Goldberg, Andrea Kuhn, and Jody Eddy is a must-have for any cooks kitchen. This book is a terrific gift, for yourself or others!
